The jewelry is even more beautiful than the photos show, especially the shimmery, sparkly white or pink ones. They have a tendency to look like they have red, blue or yellow instead of sparkles.

Most of the jewelry is made of three layers of glass. The middle layer is usually dichroic glass. It is fired in a kiln for several hours at varying temperatures. I love opening the kiln and seeing how the heat has made the pieces come to life, change colors and sparkle.
